Tell us a bit about where you surf, current board , and what you’re looking for in a board, idea of dimensions? (not critical)
We’ll listen, ask a few questions. Once we've got all the details we'll draw up a design on our design program and send through some screenshots so you can get a visual idea of your new board. Make as many changes as you need before you are confident enough to place an order.
What is included? Custom designed board to suit you, custom tint with your colours, choice of fins, deck grip, and anything else you might want? Please ask.
Board Colours (Resin Tint)
We have been tinting our boards for long time and for specific reasons. Firstly they look great! They are completely individual (not one is ever the same). But the main reason we tint is to keep the colour within the board. This means there is not paint to chip off with any paddle hits, the colour is part of your board.
We can use a wide range of colours, up to your imagination.
Keep in mind however;
- Tints are never exact, they are added during the lamination stage, so expect an organic individual result.
- Colours can change, if a certain colour is chosen it might look slightly different in finish. This is due to resin, fibreglass and process can affect the resulting colour.
- Complicated colour combinations can be difficult to add and there might be an extra charge.
Custom Options
Apart from the overall shape and resin tint there are a couple of other custom details you can choose.
Fin system. We have either Futures or FCS2 available. In whatever set up you would like. 2+1, thruster, quad or a 5 fin option. No extra charge on you choice.
Handles. We have a lightweight tight fit or a larger more comfortable options. (See pic)
Rail tape. As we use tinted resin and our boards are quite tough you can get away with no tape. However if you want some we can add tape for you. There is an extra charge for $60
Deckgrip. Our own deck grip is coming, however please discuss with us what you would like and we can let you know what is available
Fins. We can discuss options. Shapers fins are included in the price. Futures of FCS2 might be extra depending which style.

Freight
If you are located between Brisbane and Byron Bay we will deliver to you directly not charge.
However if outside this area on the East Coast there are delivery options with surf craft specialised freight. We can quote during order process.
Other areas we can air freight to your state, each delivery if different and might be a case of an airport pick up.
Due the size and delicate nature of these boards each case might be different but not impossible. There is always a way.
What now?
Our Process
Once you are completely happy with the design, dimensions, colours, fins, handles and all details and want to place the order. We will need a $750 deposit to go ahead.
Invoice will be sent out to you, and the process takes 8 weeks from deposit. Any changes to this we will let you know.
We will follow up during the process with photos to let you follow your board during construction. Please contact us with any questions as this is your board.
